Effects of Smoking

Researches and studies have proven that “SMOKING KILLS”.  To be more specific, smoking causes more than 20 ominous diseases and 11 cancer diseases.

Each cigarette contains approximately 4000 chemicals, out of those 100 are toxic.  Some of them are nicotine, carbon monoxide, tar, etc.

Smoking temporarily increases heart rate and blood pressure, which can cause heart attacks and stroke.  Within 10 seconds nicotine reaches into brain after smoking.  Carbon monoxide cut off the oxygen to organs of the body.  It slows the blood flow.

Apart from heart attack and stroke, it can cause lung cancer, peptic ulcers, diabetes, back pain, and vision problems.
