Health and sleeping
We got lessons about eating,doing exercise etc to be fit many other things but did we leave something which is really necessary? yes there is one thing which we don’t give much weight and that is sleeping .Sleeping is really necessary to be healthy because it affects our all over health and also health of our eyes,mind,heart etc.
In todays time there are many problem which has been generated due to sleeping less.I have put one poll in my hub how to get a charming face about how much peoples sleep in a day and you know what results i got? most of the peoples sleep only 5-6 hours in a day.you can sea this poll on my hub and can vote on it so i can get better measurements.
Actually doctors suggest that an adult person should sleep at least 6-8 hours a day in weekdays and 8-10 hours per day on weekends.Doctors suggest that 8 hours sleep is good for our health which is related to the health of several parts or our body and can help controlling and saving from many diesies like our eye’s health,power of our mind in thinking,taking decisions,remembering things,blood pressure,heart disease and more.
Sleeping habits also affect our looks-yes its true if we sleep less then required time then we got dark circles under our eyes within few days ,latter that can make our eyesight week.Sleeping less also increase dangers of many disease like blood pressure,weakness in remembering things,heart diseses etc.Its not possible to declare all of losses of sleeping less and to tell about profits of having good sleeping habits so i am going to write one by one on these things and i will try to help you improve your sleeping habits.
